These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“the user,” “you”) and SYGAHONA LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) and govern your access to and use of our online courses, materials, newsletters, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

3. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
3.1. Payment Acknowledgment: By making any payment to SYGAHONA LLC, you acknowledge that payments are non-refundable except as explicitly outlined in this section. Payments confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3.2. Refund Restrictions for Discounted Products: No refunds will be issued for products sold at a discounted price below ninety four euros. This includes promotional offers, flash sales, or any reduction in the regular price. The "Language Enthusiasts Community" is only free until 31.03.2025 for all people buying the Zero to Fluent course. After this period or if you are not a member of Zero to Fluent, the price of 9€/month will apply.
3.3. Refunds: Refunds are only considered under the following conditions, as part of the Money Back Guarantee service:
• The refund request is made within twenty four hours after accessing the Zero to Fluent content (the time you create your access in the platform yujibeleza.app.clientclub.net or yujibeleza.vip, where you enter your name) or within fourteen days of the payment date,
• As the Zero to Fluent falls into the digital content products, refund are at the will of Sygahona LLC, and as part of our Money Back Guarantee, we guarantee a refund of maximum thirty five percents if the conditions are met.
• No access has been made to the proprietary content labeled as “Yuji’s Secret / Zero To Fluent” videos. If the access to “Yuji’s Secret / Zero To Fluent” have been granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances after twenty four hours. As these are knowledge, the refund is at the will of the Zero To Fluent team.
3.5. Finality of Payments: All payments are final and non-transferrable. By completing a payment, you forfeit any right to dispute charges unless explicitly permitted by these Terms.
4. License and Restrictions on Use
4.1. Grant of License: Upon payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the purchased course materials for personal, non-commercial use.
4.2. Prohibited Actions: You agree not to:
• Share, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course materials without prior written permission.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the course materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial or competitive purposes.
4.3. Intellectual Property Ownership: All materials provided through the Service, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, and newsletters, are the exclusive property of SYGAHONA LLC and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1. As-Is Service: The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
5.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYGAHONA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

6.1. Consent to Receive Emails: By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive promotional and informational communications from us.
6.2. Opt-Out Process: Users may opt out of receiving newsletters by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email. However, technical issues may delay the removal of your email from our system, and we are not liable for any continued communication during this period.
